Community Yard Sale
October 20 and 21 will be our fall community yard sale. The weather should be great. This is a great opportunity to clean out unwanted items in your house and garage. Someone else may be looking for those items you no longer need.
Pumpkin Patch
October 28th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the park
Come join us for fun at the park. Children are encouraged to wear their costumes. Pick and paint a pumpkin from the patch. We will provide music, games, snack bags for children, a great prize for the best costume and - of course - CANDY! Come out and enjoy all the fun. It helps when we all pull together to make this a success for the kids. Thank you all in advance for the support.
Yard of the Month
Congratulations to the various winners of Yard of the Month this summer. In spite of the drought and very hot weather, many yards were able to shine.
Security Concerns
If you hear unusual noises outside your home late at night, PLEASE do not go outside to investigate. We do not recommend investigating alone in the dark. Call 911 and
Let the police check out the problem. Your life is more important than someone getting into your vehicle or trespassing. Lock your car doors and remove valuable items. Please file police reports even if nothing was stolen. This will help show HCSD how serious this problem is.
Be Safe
If you see something, say something. Call the sheriff’s department at 713-221-6000. The officers that patrol our neighborhood are contracted by us and are here to protect us and our property. They have no concern of your immigration status, so please call the sheriff’s department . Lock your car doors and take your valuables out of your car.

Architectural and Modification Review
Planning improvements / changes to the front of your home or property ?
Please remember when you are making modification to the exterior of your home and or your property you must submit an application for approval before any work begins. This will help you avoid costly “do-overs” or a Deed Restriction violation. To submit a request, log in on pmghouston.com website using My Account. On the top left side, you will click on Services and Amenities and then click Architectural Review. There you can submit a request.
