Yorktown Colony Assessments: Building a Strong and Vibrant Community Together
With 2023 now behind us, we are all shifting our focus to 2024, including your HOA Board and community management team. As we look ahead to 2024, we want to ensure the financial health of our HOA to best care for your neighborhood, which calls for HOA assessment dues to be submitted. Assessment dues serve as the lifeblood of our neighborhood, allowing us to continuously enhance our shared spaces and foster a sense of pride within our community. They enable us to plan and execute essential maintenance, future improvements, and even host neighborhood events.
This year, your dedicated Yorktown HOA Board has lowered the 2024 assessment at $330.00 per home! This decrease in the 2024 fee is due to the sale of the pool to the MUD district and reimbursement of Yorktown funds held by the pool board.
As a friendly reminder, all annual assessments were by January 1, 2024. Unfortunately, after January 31, late fees will be applied to homeowner accounts. To avoid incurring late fees, homeowners are encouraged to pay for their assessment before the due date.
We want to help in any way we can to ensure timely payment without fees, which can incur additional financial stress and potentially, legal action.
