We Have New Directors in Williamsburg Settlement!

At the April 18 Annual meeting of Williamsburg Settlement Members, two new directors were elected to fill the positions vacated by departing directors Niki Dillon and Shelley Morales and our current President, Bill Petry was reelected to a further term. These three directors will serve through 2026.

 

The new directors are James Kelley, and Sachie Etherington.

 

This will be James’s second term on the Board having served previously from 2020 through 2021. He has lived in the Katy Area more than 35 Years and has a daughter and son who graduated from Katy ISD. During this time he has been in the HVAC/mechanical business and is currently a Service/Operations Manager. He says that he and his family love the Williamsburg Settlement neighborhood and the Katy area and he wants to help assure that the Settlement continues to have the standards and amenities required for it to remain a first class place in which to live.

 

Sachie has lived in Williamsburg Settlement since 2017. She has a vested interest in the community since her two children attend Diane Winborn Elementary.  As an educator in higher education since 2003, she has extensive experience supervising and effectively handing problems and concerns of more than a thousand students each semester. With a background in both education and science, she has the knowledge and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds, in teams, as well as individually. 

 

James and Sachie will make valuable contributions to the Board over the next three years, and hopefully beyond!
