Understanding Fulshear City Limits and Addresses

As we continue to grow and welcome new residents, it's important to understand the distinction between living within the Fulshear city limits and having a Fulshear address while residing outside those limits.

 

Residences and businesses located within the official city limits of Fulshear enjoy all the municipal services provided by the city, including public safety, utilities, and participation in local governance. Residents within the city limits typically receive city-managed water, sewer, and waste management services. Those outside the city limits may rely on different utility providers, which could include private companies or municipal utility districts (MUDs). It's important to know which utilities serve your area to ensure you have the correct contact information for service issues and billing inquiries.

 

 

Understanding whether your property is within the city limits or simply has a Fulshear address is crucial for accessing city services, understanding your tax obligations, and knowing which governmental body to contact for assistance or information.
