The condition that those fences are in can make a positive or negative impression. Especially those fences that face main streets. Even though you may be replacing a fence that had been approved 10 years ago you should check the current deed restrictions and complete the ACC form prior to replacing your fence. New fences are a big expense but you can check under guidelines in the blue link above right for places that might provide assistance or replace one side at a time with the ones facing streets a priority.
