Call the non-emergency number at 713-221-6000 to report crime and suspicious activity.
“IF YOU SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING” Here’s why:
1. Officers can’t be proactive about preventing activity they don’t know about. Reporting records the event and the information is shared with the area officers.
2. Officers are aware of activity we don’t know about. Your call may provide the information they need.
3. HCSO office is short staffed and of they see nothing is happening here they will move their resources and then we won’t have as much patrol.
They have people who prioritize these calls. Don’t hesitate to call; your tip might lead to catching a criminal or preventing a crime.
