For families in Harvest Bend Section 1, the final months of 2026 will bring several opportunities to spend time with neighbors, enjoy seasonal traditions and make a few new memories close to home.

Three community events are now on the calendar for November and December, beginning with a residents-only fall festival and continuing with a hands-on Christmas decoration workshop and an afternoon visit with Santa. All three events will take place at the clubhouse.

Fall Festival Brings Food, Games and Raffles to the Clubhouse

The season begins with the Harvest Bend Section 1 Fall Festival on Saturday, November 7, from noon to 4 p.m.

The residents-only event will feature food, games and raffles, giving neighbors an easy way to spend a Saturday afternoon together without having to travel far from home.

Community festivals like this can be especially welcome as the weather begins to cool, creating a casual setting where longtime neighbors can reconnect and newer residents can get to know the people who live around them.

Make a Christmas Decoration to Take Home

One week later, residents can get into the holiday spirit with a Christmas Decoration Workshop on Saturday, November 14, from 1-4 p.m. at the clubhouse.

Participants will have the opportunity to make their own Christmas decoration to take home and place on their tree, adding a personal touch to the holidays.

The workshop offers a different kind of neighborhood gathering — one built around creativity, conversation and the simple tradition of making something by hand for the Christmas season.

Santa, Hot Chocolate and Cookies Arrive December 5

The holiday calendar continues on Saturday, December 5, when children can visit with Santa at the clubhouse from 2-4 p.m.

The afternoon will also include hot chocolate and cookies, adding to the familiar feel of a neighborhood Christmas gathering.

The Santa visit is planned for children ages 8 and younger, giving some of the community's youngest residents a chance to enjoy one of the season's most anticipated traditions close to home.

Three Dates Worth Adding to the Family Calendar

With activities spread across November and early December, residents of Harvest Bend Section 1 have several ways to take part in the season — whether that means enjoying an afternoon at the fall festival, creating a keepsake for the Christmas tree or bringing younger children to meet Santa.

For residents planning ahead for the busy holiday months, the three clubhouse events are worth adding to the calendar now.
