Santa Returns to The Woodlands Mall: A Joyful Holiday Tradition Begins November 14
The most magical visitor of the season is making his grand entrance at The Woodlands Mall: Santa Claus is back and ready for photos, stories, giggles, and memories starting Thursday, November 14, 2025. Hosted on Level 1 near Macy’s, the annual “Where is Santa?” experience, brought to The Woodlands by Cherry Hill Programs, invites families from all over Montgomery County and beyond to take part in a beloved holiday tradition that spans generations.
Walk-ups are welcome daily through December 24, but booking ahead online is the best way to skip the line and lock in your time. Each session is scheduled in a 15-minute window, during which multiple families may be photographed.

Santa will be available nearly every day through Christmas Eve, with extended hours the week leading up to the holiday. Here’s a general schedule:

Don’t Forget the Pets: Pet Night is Back
Your furry family members are welcome to join the fun too. Pet Nights are scheduled every Monday and Tuesday from November 17 through December 16, giving pet parents a chance to snap adorable holiday photos with Santa from 4 PM to 7 PM (extended until 9 PM on Dec. 15 and 16).
