Rent the Concord Bridge Clubhouse for Your Next Event
Are you a resident of Concord Bridge looking for the perfect spot to host your next gathering? The Concord Bridge clubhouse, located at 13403 Canaan Bridge Drive, is available for rental and offers a great space for your events!
Here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility: The clubhouse is open for rental to Concord Bridge residents who are in good standing with the Association. This means no outstanding balance on your assessment account or any deed restriction violations.

Capacity & Hours: The clubhouse can accommodate a kitchen capacity of 15 and a pavilion capacity of about 100 guests. Rentals are limited to a four-hour block, including clean-up time, and all events must end by 10:00 PM.

Fees: The rental fee is $150.00, with a refundable security deposit of $200.00. Ensure your event’s success by adhering to all rules and guidelines to avoid any extra charges.

Booking: To book, submit your application and deposit at least 2 weeks in advance. Please contact the Association for availability.

Rules to Remember:
- You must be present throughout your event.
- Security or police must be hired for gatherings of 50 or more.
- The use of the pool is not permitted during clubhouse events.
- No pets, fireworks, or water features allowed.
- Clean up is your responsibility; trash must be taken away, and furniture should be returned to its original place.

Alcohol and smoking are not permitted on the property.

Key Pickup: A key will be issued for access, and it must be returned to the offices of Preferred Management Services the next business day. If the key is lost or stolen, re-keying charges may apply.

Cancellation: Cancel at least 5 business days before your event for a full refund of the rental fee.
