Join your neighbors for a fun-filled evening on October 18, 2024, as Lakes on Eldridge hosts its much-anticipated Oktoberfest celebration at the Lakes on Eldridge Clubhouse, starting at 6:30 PM. This family-friendly event promises an evening of laughter, delicious food, and great music that everyone can enjoy!

Bring the whole family along to experience the festive atmosphere, complete with music to keep you entertained. Kids will have a blast with balloon art and face painting, making it the perfect outing for young ones looking to add a splash of color to their evening.

Of course, no Oktoberfest is complete without delicious treats! Savor pretzels, juicy bratwurst, and indulge in a variety of beer from local favorites including 11 Below, Bad Astronaut, Senate Avenue Brewing Company and Eureka Heights. Whether you're a fan of traditional brews or looking to try something new, there will be plenty to quench your thirst.

This community event is hosted by a fantastic team: Joy Hall, Shel Saripella, John Jondle, Edgar Perez, and Kevin Cook. Their enthusiasm and dedication to bringing the community together make this celebration even more special.

We are looking for volunteers to help make this event a success with the following tasks:

• Pour beer for 1 hour
• Set up tables @ 4:30 PM
• Decorate @ 4:30 PM
• Heat up pretzels @ 6:00 PM
• Set up bratwurst and other food @ 6:00 PM
• Stow tables and cleanup @ 9:30 PM
