Nottingham Country neighbors have an important date coming up — the next Nottingham Country Community Association, Inc. (NCCAI) meeting will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Mason Creek Community Center, located at 20201 Kingsland Boulevard in Katy.

These monthly gatherings are more than just formalities; they are a chance for homeowners to stay informed, ask questions, and be part of shaping the neighborhood’s future. For those considering a larger role in the community, another important date is just around the corner: Board Solicitation notices will be sent via e-blast from your community manager, Phaedra Wudi with SBB Management, on Tuesday, October 14. This is the official invitation for residents interested in running for a seat on the HOA board — an opportunity to contribute ideas, guide decisions, and represent neighbors.
