REMINDER: Nottingham Country HOA Board Meeting Scheduled for May 14, Residents Encouraged to Attend and Share Their Voices
Residents in Nottingham Country will soon have another opportunity to stay informed and involved in decisions affecting their neighborhood. The Nottingham Country Community Association Board of Directors will hold its next regular meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Mason Creek Community Center (West Room), located at 20201 Kingsland Blvd. in Katy.
HOA board meetings provide a valuable forum where homeowners can learn about community updates, hear reports, and participate in discussions about the neighborhood’s future. From maintenance priorities to committee updates and financial reports, the meeting agenda offers insight into how the association works to maintain and improve the quality of life in Nottingham Country.
What to Expect at the March HOA Meeting
The Nottingham Country Community Association Board of Directors will meet in an executive session beginning at 6 p.m., with the public meeting scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
Residents can expect updates on neighborhood security during the constable report, association finances, maintenance proposals, collections actions, and committee activity involving alleyways, landscaping, community relations, and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The board will also review minutes from the April meeting and discuss any enforcement actions stemming from executive session discussions.
An open forum will allow homeowners to address the board before the meeting adjourns around 8 p.m.
