REMINDER: Nottingham Country CIA Meeting Set for September 12
The Nottingham Country Community Improvement Association, Inc. Board will hold their regular Monthly Board Meeting as follows:
Date: Thursday, September 12, 2024
Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Open Session starts at 7:00 PM)
Location: Mason Creek Community Center (West Room), 20201 Kingsland Blvd., Katy, Texas 77450.
Please note: The meeting is moving back to the West Room.
The meeting will be held to discuss the current financial report for the Association, review the monthly reports provided by CMC, and Committee Reports.
Please note the meetings are held to conduct Association business. To view the meeting agenda, click here.
The Board will have a homeowner forum at the end of the meeting. Owners and/or topics are limited to no more than 3 minutes, and if there are lengthy discussions, the Board reserves the right to place the matter on the agenda of an upcoming meeting.

During Executive Session, the Board may discuss pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, attorney-client communications, private matters concerning individual owners, and other matters where affected parties request confidentiality.
