Inwood Park residents interested in neighborhood maintenance, future improvements and HOA matters will have several topics to watch when the Fairfield Inwood Park Neighborhood Association Board of Directors meets Monday, September 14, 2026.

The meeting begins with an open session at 6 p.m. at the Lakeside Trails Clubhouse, 16125 Country Fair Lane in Cypress, giving homeowners an opportunity to hear updates and bring questions or concerns directly to the board.

Among the items scheduled for discussion are park repairs and maintenance, proposals for holiday decorations, tree maintenance at the pool and park, dog waste stations, the 10-acre park and a possible architectural guideline amendment.

For homeowners, those topics touch on some of the most visible parts of everyday neighborhood life — the appearance and upkeep of common areas, recreational spaces and the standards that help shape the community.

Inwood Park Homeowners Can Speak During Open Forum

The meeting will begin with a homeowner open forum. According to the agenda, each homeowner will have three minutes to address questions or concerns to the board.
