REMINDER: Cielo Families Invited to Conroe ISD Back to School Bash for Free Supplies, Haircuts and Support
For many families, the first day of school brings excitement, anticipation and a long list of expenses. Backpacks, notebooks, new clothes, haircuts and meals can quickly stretch a household budget, especially when several children are preparing to return to class.
To help ease that pressure, Conroe ISD is inviting families from across the district, including those in Cielo, to attend its 2026 Back to School Bash on Saturday, July 25, at Conroe High School, located at 3200 W Davis St, Conroe, TX 77304.
The free event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and is designed to help students begin the new school year feeling prepared, supported and confident.
Free Backpacks, School Supplies and Haircuts
Families attending the Conroe ISD Back to School Bash can receive free backpacks filled with school supplies while available. The event will also offer free haircuts, snacks, back-to-school photos and access to organizations that serve children and families throughout the community.
District departments will be on-site to answer questions and help parents connect with school resources before classes begin. The Montgomery County Food Bank will also participate, offering additional support for households preparing for the new school year.
