Reminder: 2025 HOA Assessments for Bear Creek Village Are Past Due – Make Your Payment Today
The Bear Creek HOA (Hunter's Park Community Association, Inc.) is reminding all residents that 2025 HOA assessments are now past due. These dues are essential in maintaining the community’s common areas, amenities, security, and neighborhood improvements that help keep Bear Creek a great place to live.
How to Make a Payment
Residents can conveniently pay their assessments online through the ComWeb Portal at www.comwebportal.com. The portal allows homeowners to view account history, make payments via e-check, credit card, or debit card, and stay up to date on their HOA balance.
Important Payment Information:
- E-check payments incur a $2.00 flat processing fee.
- Credit and debit card payments include a 3% processing fee (fees go to the payment processor, not HPCA).
- When using a checking or savings account, residents will be prompted to enter the account name twice, per banking regulations.

Need Portal Access?
Residents who have not yet set up an online account can request access by emailing office@bearcreeknetwork.org with their property address or by calling the HPCA office at 281-463-1216. Once access is granted, an email invitation will be sent with instructions to create a login.
HOA assessments ensure that Bear Creek remains a well-maintained, secure, and thriving community for all residents. Homeowners who have not yet paid are encouraged to do so as soon as possible to avoid any late fees.
