Nottingham Country Introduces New Community Manager Cassandra Perez as HOA Management Transitions to Inframark
Nottingham Country homeowners are beginning a new chapter in their neighborhood’s operations as the community’s homeowners association management transitions to Inframark, bringing new tools, new contacts, and a new Community Manager dedicated to supporting residents.
As part of the change from SBB Community Management to Inframark, Cassandra Perez has been introduced as the new Community Manager for Nottingham Country. Perez recently reached out to residents to introduce herself and share how homeowners can connect with the management team moving forward.
“My name is Cassandra Perez, and I look forward to partnering with you and supporting the Nottingham Country community,” Perez shared in a message to residents.
For many homeowners, HOA management teams serve as an important bridge between residents, the board of directors, and the day-to-day operations that help keep the community running smoothly — from architectural review requests to maintaining shared spaces and addressing neighborhood concerns.
New Nottingham Country Homeowner Portal Now Available
Alongside the management transition, Inframark has launched a new Nottingham Country homeowner portal designed to provide residents with convenient online access to important community resources, especially those of an administrative nature.
Residents can access the portal at home.inframark.com and are encouraged to register if they have not already done so.
Through the portal, homeowners can:
- Submit Architectural Control Committee (ACC/ARC) applications
- Report potential deed restriction violations
- Access community governing documents
- Review and download account history and statements
- Submit maintenance requests for common area issues, such as irrigation leaks
Perez noted that the portal is still being updated as the transition process continues.
“Please note that account balances are not currently reflected, and some documents are still being uploaded as part of our transition process,” Perez explained. “We anticipate that all account balances will be updated by mid-March.”
The portal is expected to become the primary way residents communicate with the management team and track requests.

New Communication Process for Homeowners
To help ensure requests are handled efficiently, Inframark is encouraging Nottingham Country residents to submit questions and requests through the online portal whenever possible.
Homeowner correspondence will first be handled by Administrative Assistant Jasmine Ward, who will serve as the primary contact for incoming requests before escalating issues that require manager-level attention.
Perez emphasized the goal of keeping communication organized and responsive for residents.
“To help us serve you efficiently, we kindly ask that all requests and concerns be submitted through the homeowner portal whenever possible,” Perez said.
Experienced Leadership Supporting Nottingham Country
Perez brings several years of experience in community association management to the role. She currently serves as a Community Manager with Inframark and previously held management positions with Chaparral Management Company and FirstService Residential.
Her background includes nearly a decade of experience supporting homeowners associations, coordinating board operations, and managing community services across residential neighborhoods. She is an active member of the Greater Houston Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI), and regularly volunteers her time for community causes.
As Nottingham Country continues its transition to Inframark, the management team will work alongside the HOA board and residents to maintain the neighborhood’s standards, support property values, and address the day-to-day needs of the community.
