Nottingham Country Fund HOA Annual Meeting Rescheduled for February 18th, 2025
Due to inclement weather and the closure of Katy ISD on January 21st, 2025, the Nottingham Country Fund, Inc. HOA Annual Meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday, February 18th, 2025, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will take place at Nottingham Country Elementary School, located at 20500 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, TX 77450.
The Board of Directors invites all residents to attend this important meeting where they can stay informed about the community, share their thoughts, and participate in key discussions. A new meeting notification will be mailed to homeowners, and more details will be posted on the HOA website closer to the date.
The annual meeting will provide a chance for homeowners to vote on the election of directors, receive updates on safety and security efforts, and review the community's financial health. Residents are encouraged to attend to help shape the future of their neighborhood, raise any concerns, and ensure their votes are counted.
