Why Approval Matters
The Covenants for Nottingham Country require written approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before making any changes, additions, or repairs to exterior structures or improvements.
This ensures your neighborhood stays attractive and property values remain strong.
Projects That Need Approval
Examples include (but aren’t limited to):
- Home additions or exterior remodeling
- Exterior paint or color changes
- Fences, patios, decks, or play structures
- Patio covers or new garages
- Garage conversions
- Exterior lighting
- Swimming pools or spas
- Storage buildings or compost bins
