Nottingham Country CIA Annual Meeting Set for December 2
For homeowners in Nottingham Country, one of the most important nights of the year is just around the corner.
The Nottingham Country Community Improvement Association (NCCIA) Annual Meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the Mason Creek Community Center (20201 Kingsland Boulevard, Katy, TX 77450). The executive session begins at 6:00 PM and is followed by the open session for all residents at 7:00 PM.
This once-a-year gathering provides a vital opportunity for Nottingham Country residents to stay informed, connect with neighbors, and participate in conversations that directly impact the community’s future.
Whether you’re a longtime homeowner or a newer resident, attending the annual meeting offers a front-row seat to the decision-making process on key issues—ranging from maintenance projects and safety initiatives to budget updates and HOA priorities for the year ahead.

Why It Matters
Community associations like the NCCIA play an essential role in preserving home values, enforcing deed restrictions, maintaining neighborhood amenities, and ensuring that shared spaces remain safe and well-kept.
Annual meetings give residents the chance to:
- Hear important updates from the Board and management team
- Ask questions about ongoing or future projects
- Raise concerns or suggestions for improvement
- Get involved in shaping the future direction of the community
According to NCCIA, residents who would like to request an agenda item for an upcoming meeting should contact Property Manager Phaedra Wudi at least two weeks in advance by emailing p.wudi@sbbmanagement.com or calling 281-537-0957.
