Noodle Master, a restaurant specializing in handcrafted Northern Chinese cuisine, has officially opened its newest location in Katy. Situated at 23021 Morton Ranch Road, the restaurant is conveniently located just two miles from Katy Asian Town, at the southwest corner of Grand Parkway and Morton Road. The Katy location officially opened on February 14, 2025, marking the latest expansion of the growing brand in the Greater Houston area.
Expanding Across Houston: A New Home in Katy
Noodle Master first established itself with its original location in Pasadena, Texas, at 6823 Spencer Highway. However, that location is temporarily closed due to a small fire caused by a short circuit during the 2024 hurricane season. In addition to the new Katy restaurant, Noodle Master operates locations in Baytown and Pearland.
The brand continues to grow, bringing the authentic flavors of Northern China to a wider audience. The Katy location aims to serve food enthusiasts, families, and those looking for traditional Chinese cuisine in the area.

The restaurant is known for its handcrafted noodle dishes, including the House Special Beef Noodle Soup, which features a rich, slow-cooked beef broth infused with green onions, cilantro, white radish, and broccoli. Another popular choice is the Black Garlic Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, a flavorful pork bone soup served with sliced pork, fried garlic, bamboo shoots, and a marinated egg.
