According to construction records, the Potranco Road location was developed by Zeal Development Group as a new 541-square-foot prefabricated drive-thru coffee stand, with construction beginning in February 2024 and reaching completion in May 2026.

What began as a single coffee stand in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017 has expanded dramatically. To commemorate the achievement, 7 Brew launched a nationwide "Stand 777" celebration that included special customer promotions, collectible sticker giveaways, and a national "Song of the Summer" contest, with the grand prize winner receiving a trip to attend the San Antonio grand opening festivities.
