Neighborhood Improvements Coming to Hearthstone in June: Fence Painting and Tree Trimming Scheduled
As summer begins, Hearthstone residents will see a fresh wave of neighborhood improvements designed to enhance the community’s appearance and maintain its charm. The Hearthstone HOA and community management team have announced two key projects that will get underway in June: repainting wrought iron fencing and trimming trees in common areas.
Fence Repainting Starts June 9
One of the most visible upgrades will take place on June 9, when the community’s wrought iron fencing at Bob Allen Park and along FM 529 beside the golf course will receive a new coat of paint. These fences not only contribute to the neighborhood’s aesthetic appeal but also serve as important safety and boundary markers.
The repainting project aims to preserve the fences and extend their longevity while giving them a fresh look for the summer months. Residents are encouraged to be mindful of any equipment or restricted areas as crews complete this work.

Tree Trimming in Common Areas
In addition to fence maintenance, the HOA is preparing to trim trees in several common areas, including Bob Allen Park, over the coming weeks. Although an exact date for this work has not yet been scheduled, the effort is part of regular seasonal maintenance aimed at improving safety, visibility, and the overall health of the trees.
Tree trimming plays a vital role in keeping Hearthstone’s green spaces clean and welcoming, helping to prevent storm damage and maintain walking paths and play areas.
Keeping Hearthstone Beautiful
These projects are part of the community’s ongoing commitment to maintaining Hearthstone as a well-kept, desirable place to live. Residents are encouraged to stay alert for any temporary closures or signage in affected areas.
