Montgomery County Master Gardeners to Host Fall Plant Sale

September 28 2023

On Saturday, October 7, the Montgomery County Master Gardeners Association will host their annual Fall Plant Sale at the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension facility in Conroe. Shop from a great assortment of native shrubs and trees, plus plenty of fall vegetables and herbs. Shoppers are encouraged to bring their own wagon.

The sale will be kicked off by a presentation from 8:00 AM until 9:00 AM, with the sale beginning at 9:00 AM and running until 12:00 PM. Plants available for sale range in price from $3 to $22 and include dozens of perennials and annuals, fruit trees and plants, dozens of herbs and vegetables, many succulent varieties, and much more. Please note that the Montgomery County Master Gardeners Association advertises the plants and trees that they are expecting to be at the sale, and cannot guarantee that growers will be able to deliver the varieties ordered.

The Montgomery County Master Gardeners aims to educate the community through fellowship and demonstration using research based gardening methods. The organization is comprised of gardening and horticultural enthusiasts who undergo extensive training to share their knowledge with the community free of charge.
