Men’s Wearhouse Coming to Cypress Towne Center in Summer 2025
Men’s Wearhouse, the largest specialty retailer of menswear and tuxedo rental products in the U.S., is set to open a new location in Cypress Towne Center at 25907 Hempstead Hwy, Cypress, TX 77429. The site, formerly occupied by Capital One Bank, is strategically located along the bustling US 290 thoroughfare and surrounded by prominent retailers such as Target, TJ Maxx, and Office Depot.
According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), renovations on the interior of the building will begin in early March 2025, with an anticipated completion date in early June. Once open, this Cypress location will provide residents with convenient access to a wide selection of formalwear, tailoring services, casualwear, and accessories, featuring premium brands like Joseph Abboud, BLACK by Vera Wang, and Michael Strahan.
Prior to this development, the nearest Men’s Wearhouse was located in the Copperfield area at 6545 Hwy 6 N in Houston, which closed a few years ago. The addition of this new store is expected to enhance shopping convenience for Cypress residents, offering high-quality menswear and expert tailoring services.
Founded in 1973 and now a subsidiary of Tailored Brands, Men’s Wearhouse operates over 630 stores nationwide. The company is known for its customer-focused policies, including a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, free lifetime pressing for suits and tuxedos purchased in-store or online, and complimentary re-alterations for tailored garments.
