Online Payments: For those who prefer to pay digitally, the MPCA allows online payments via credit card or ACH transfer through the homeowner portal on mphoa.org.
For residents who may need some flexibility, the MPCA offers payment plans that break down the total dues into smaller, more manageable amounts. The three-month payment plan is as follows:
- November: $145 down payment
- December: $140
- January: $140
To set up a payment plan, residents need to visit the MPCA office before December 20, 2024, to avoid a $35 setup fee. After that date, a $35 charge will be applied to enroll in the plan.
