Making HOA Dues Easier for Memorial Parkway Residents: Flexible Payment Options

Making HOA Dues Easier for Memorial Parkway Residents: Flexible Payment Options

November 07 2024

Paying HOA dues on time is important, but the Memorial Parkway Community Association (MPCA) understands that managing payments can sometimes be tricky. To help residents stay on top of their dues, the MPCA offers a variety of payment options that can fit different budgets and preferences.

Here are the available payment methods for Memorial Parkway HOA dues:

  1. In-Person Payments: Residents can visit the MPCA office at 21600 Cimarron Parkway, Katy, TX 77450, to make payments using a check or money order.

  2. Mail Payments: For added convenience, residents can mail their payment using the provided envelope and send a check or money order to the same address.

  3. Online Payments: For those who prefer to pay digitally, the MPCA allows online payments via credit card or ACH transfer through the homeowner portal on mphoa.org.

For residents who may need some flexibility, the MPCA offers payment plans that break down the total dues into smaller, more manageable amounts. The three-month payment plan is as follows:

  • November: $145 down payment
  • December: $140
  • January: $140

To set up a payment plan, residents need to visit the MPCA office before December 20, 2024, to avoid a $35 setup fee. After that date, a $35 charge will be applied to enroll in the plan.

These flexible payment options are designed to make it easier for residents to budget for HOA dues without putting too much strain on their finances. By spreading out the payments, homeowners can keep their accounts current while staying within their budget.

For questions or assistance, the MPCA office is available to help. The goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for all Memorial Parkway residents. By staying on top of payments, residents contribute to the ongoing success of their community, ensuring that Memorial Parkway remains a vibrant and well-maintained place to live.
