As 2026 begins, Lakes on Eldridge neighbors are invited to reconnect, recharge, and get more involved in their community. Whether you’re new to the neighborhood or a longtime resident, there are plenty of ways to plug in and stay connected throughout the year. From meaningful volunteer opportunities to monthly gatherings, Lakes on Eldridge continues to offer moments that strengthen community ties and create space for meaningful connection.
Start the Year by Giving Back
The first community event of the year is a Blood Drive, scheduled for Saturday, January 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the LOE Clubhouse. Donating blood is one of the simplest and most impactful ways to help save lives—and it's a great way to start the year on a generous note. More details will be shared soon, but residents are encouraged to mark their calendars now and consider participating.
Board Meetings Open to All
The Lakes on Eldridge Monthly Board Meeting is another way for residents to stay informed and engaged. The first meeting of the year will be held on Tuesday, January 27, beginning at 6:15 p.m. All residents are welcome to attend and hear updates, ask questions, and participate in shaping the future of the neighborhood.

Book Club 2026: A Year of Literary Discovery
The Lakes on Eldridge Book Club invites readers to explore a variety of titles in 2026, ranging from suspenseful mysteries to historical fiction and heartwarming narratives. Book lovers of all kinds are welcome, and monthly meetings offer an opportunity to discuss, share, and connect with others who love a good story. Hosting details will be shared as they are confirmed, but for now, save the dates and start reading!
