Klein ISD Regular Board Meeting Set for November 10: Inverness Estates Residents Encouraged to Attend

October 30 2025

Residents of Inverness Estates and surrounding Klein communities are invited to attend the upcoming Klein Independent School District (KISD) Board of Trustees regular meeting, scheduled for Monday, November 10, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Frank A. Lemmon Administration Building (7200 Spring Cypress Rd, Klein, TX 77379).

As one of the most important ways for community members to stay informed and engaged, Klein ISD’s monthly board meetings offer updates on district priorities, budgets, policies, programs, and other topics affecting students, families, and taxpayers. This meeting is part of the Board’s regular schedule, which typically takes place on the second Monday of each month.

Why Should Inverness Estates Residents Attend?

The decisions made by the Klein ISD Board of Trustees directly impact families in Inverness Estates—from curriculum choices to campus improvements to district-wide initiatives. Attending these meetings helps residents:

  • Stay informed on issues affecting local schools
  • Learn about upcoming changes or developments
  • Understand how tax dollars are being used
  • Voice concerns or feedback during public comment

Community members who would like to speak at the meeting—whether about an item on the agenda or a general topic—must fill out the Public Comment form by 10:30 a.m. on the day of the meeting (November 10). The form and further instructions are available on the Klein ISD website.

How to Participate and Communicate with the Board

In addition to public comment at the meeting, residents, employees, and vendors may also communicate with the Board by writing a letter to the Board President at the Frank A. Lemmon Administration Building.

While board members do not typically respond directly during public comment, they may request the superintendent provide factual information or refer items to a future agenda for formal discussion. Each public comment may also receive a written response.

Know Before You Go

  • The full agenda will be posted at least three business days before the meeting.
  • The meeting location or time may change with proper notice, so it’s always good to double-check the official Klein ISD website for updates.
  • The public comment portion is the designated time for audience participation. Disruptions during the rest of the meeting are not permitted, and those who interrupt proceedings after a warning may be asked to leave.

Inverness Estates residents are encouraged to take part in the process—whether by attending, commenting, or simply listening in. Every voice matters, and active community involvement helps keep schools strong, accountable, and reflective of the families they serve.
