CALLING ALL HOME CHEFS!
Are you famous for your extraordinary rice? Is it the most requested dish at a work potluck, family get together, or dinner with friends? Is everyone you know begging for your recipe? WE WANT TO TASTE IT!
The Katy Rice Festival is pleased to announce the return of the Rice Cooking Contest hosted by the City of Katy Fussell Senior Center on October 3, 2022! Chefs are encouraged to enter any dish with RICE as the primary ingredient to be judged by our panel of experts. Dishes will be considered based on taste, texture, creativity, and overall impression.
The Rice Cooking Contest is open to all amateur chefs. Additional details can be found below. Please print, forward, and share with any interested parties!
