Katy ISD Gold Card Opens Doors for Sporting Events and Performances to Seniors 65 and Better
Did you know that Katy area seniors can enjoy quality fine arts performances and lively athletic events close to home? Thanks to Katy ISD's Gold Card Club, Katy ISD residents aged 65 and older can take advantage of free or reduced-price admission to most Katy ISD fine arts events and free admission to all District-sponsored regular season athletic events.
Many performances such as band, orchestra and choir concerts offer free admission, but some events such as plays, musical productions or dance shows may require an admission charge. Reduced-price admission to these events is available for Gold Card members and reservations may be required as there may be limited free or reduced-price seating for members. Please note that fundraising events are not eligible for free or reduced-price admission.
