Join Us for the Nottingham Country CIA Board Meeting on November 14th
The Nottingham Country Community Improvement Association (CIA) will be holding its regular monthly Board Meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2024. This meeting is an excellent opportunity for residents to stay informed about community matters and hear updates directly from the Board.

- Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Open Session starts at 7:00 PM)
- Location: Mason Creek Community Center, West Room
- Address: 20201 Kingsland Blvd., Katy, TX 77450
Please note that this month’s meeting will be held in the West Room, so make sure to head there when you arrive!

- The current financial report for the Association
- Monthly reports from CMC (Chaparral Management Company)
- Committee reports covering community activities and ongoing projects

Homeowner Forum
As always, there will be a Homeowner Forum at the end of the meeting where you can ask questions or share concerns. Please keep in mind that individual speaking time is limited to 3 minutes per person, and any lengthy discussions may be moved to a future meeting agenda.
Executive Session
The Board will also meet in Executive Session to discuss sensitive matters such as pending litigation, contract negotiations, and other private issues that may require confidentiality.
