Join Us at the Upcoming Nottingham Country CIA Monthly Board Meeting
The Nottingham Country Community Improvement Association (CIA) Board invites all residents to join the regular Monthly Board Meeting set to take place on Thursday, March 21, 2024. The meeting will commence at 7:00 PM and run until 8:30 PM, with the open session starting promptly at 7:00 PM.
The meeting will be held at the Mason Creek Community Center located at 20201 Kingsland Blvd., Katy, Texas 77450, where we will examine the current financial report for the Association, assess the monthly reports provided by CMC Katy, and deliberate on Committee Reports.

Remember, these meetings are not just for board members but offer a great opportunity for every resident to stay informed, voice their opinions, ideas and to become part of the larger community conversation. In this regard, we will be providing a homeowner forum towards the end of the meeting. Please note that each participant is requested to limit their discussions to no more than three minutes. If there are extensive discussions, the Board can opt to include the issue on the agenda of a forthcoming meeting.
While the Board will hold an Executive Session to discuss confidential matters such as pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, and private matters concerning individual owners, the bulk of the meeting will be open, transparent, and offer a chance to learn more about the community you live in.
We do understand life's unpredictability and sessions may change due to quorum requirements. So, to confirm the meeting date or if you have any questions or concerns regarding the meeting or anything else relating to Nottingham Country CIA, please don't hesitate to reach out to your Association Manager, Telee Horacefield, at thoracefield@chaparralmanagement.com.
Your participation is crucial and we look forward to seeing you there. Thank you for being an active part of your community - we value your feedback!
Best Regards,
