Inwood Park Residents Encouraged to Vote Ahead of June 8 Annual HOA Meeting in Cypress
As Inwood Park continues to grow alongside the broader Cypress area, neighborhood leaders are encouraging residents to take part in the community’s upcoming annual homeowners association meeting — an event that will help shape decisions affecting the neighborhood’s future, operations, and resident engagement.
The Inwood Park Neighborhood Association will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting of Members on Monday, June 8, at 6 p.m. at the Lakeside Trails Clubhouse..
The meeting agenda includes a financial report, a community overview, homeowner open forum, and election results for the association. Organizers say participation is especially important this year as the neighborhood continues focusing on communication, resident involvement, and long-term community planning.
Why the Annual HOA Meeting Matters for Inwood Park Residents
Annual HOA meetings play a significant role in neighborhood operations, giving homeowners a chance to stay informed about finances, leadership decisions, and ongoing community priorities that can impact property values, neighborhood maintenance, and quality of life.
According to the official meeting notice, a quorum of 10% of homeowners must be represented either in person or through online voting in order to conduct official business. Each property is entitled to one vote, and cumulative voting is not permitted.
For many homeowners, the annual meeting also provides one of the few opportunities throughout the year to directly raise concerns, ask questions, and hear updates from both board members and the community’s management company.
Online Voting Available for Homeowners
To help increase participation, the association is again utilizing electronic voting through Vote HOA Now, allowing residents to vote remotely before the meeting. The association noted that online voting is intended to make participation easier while also reducing administrative costs and improving efficiency.
Homeowners with a registered email address on file through Crest Management were expected to receive voting instructions by email in May. Residents who have not received a ballot are encouraged to check junk mail folders and contact the management office for assistance.
Voting closes at noon on Monday, June 8, ahead of the evening meeting.
What Happens Next
Residents planning to attend the June 8 meeting can expect updates on the state of the association, community operations, and the outcome of this year’s board election process. Homeowners unable to attend are still encouraged to cast their vote online to help the association meet quorum requirements and ensure community business can move forward.
For residents across Cypress neighborhoods, HOA participation often serves as one of the most direct ways homeowners can stay involved in decisions that shape the appearance, maintenance, and direction of their community.
