Improvement to Williamsburg Settlement Recreation Area
Recently, a retaining wall was installed along the sidewalk to the Williamsburg Settlement Recreation Area. This retaining wall will help to reinforce the root base of the tree that is close to the sidewalk, while keeping soil and mulch from pouring out onto the sidewalk near our bike rack.
This project was approved at the February 2024 HOA Board meeting for Williamsburg Settlement. We hope that this ned addition will prove to be beneficial for years to come!
