Resident and closed Board Meetings are being held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM at the HPCA Community Center. Until further notice, all meetings will be held in person.

HPCA BOARD ELECTIONS
Two of the five Board Director seats will expire in January 2022. Currently the two Directors whose terms are up in January 2022 are Carol Harless and Interim Director Gavin Sebek. Carol will be seeking re-election and Mr. Sebek will be seeking election. These are the only announced candidates. No others submitted intent to run for position by the December meeting deadline.
Ballot applications were included with annual owner statements. Mail, fax or email this completed application to hpca@bearcreeknetwork.org and a ballot will be returned to you. This completed ballot may be returned to our office by mail, fax or email and it will be placed it the ballot box before 7pm February 5, 2022 OR owners can come by the Community Center office and vote in person during the stated voting period.
