How to Submit a Maintenance Request
See something around Towne that needs to be addressed, but don't know who to contact?
Towne Lake CAI is using the work order program, MaintainX, to handle all work orders for maintenance matters in Towne Lake. Work order requests can be submitted via the below links on both computers and mobile devices. Please include as much detail as possible when submitting a work order request; i.e. description of the work order, location (nearby address, cross street, park name, etc.), and a photo.

Once a request for a work order is submitted, the request will be reviewed and will either be approved or denied. You will receive notifications for the status of the request and when the work order is completed. If your work order is denied, that means either it is not the responsibility of the Association, or there were not enough details in the work order to be processed.
