What You Need to Know Before You Book

To reserve the Lakehouse, renters must complete the official reservation request form available on the community website: lakemontcommunity.com/lake-house-rental.

Here are a few important guidelines to keep in mind:

• All reservation requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
• Payment must be received within three days of submitting the form to confirm your booking.
• A minimum three-hour rental is required.
• Decorations must be free-standing only—no tape or wall attachments—and helium balloons are not allowed.
• Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in and around the Lakehouse.
• All events must comply with the 50-person occupancy limit and include thorough cleanup to avoid deposit forfeiture.

Renters will receive access to the Lakehouse only during their scheduled event time, and use of the pool or park areas is not included with a standard Lakehouse rental. View the complete list of rules here.

Planning a Pool Party?

Pool parties are also an option—but with a few added steps. Pool rentals are available only from 8:00 p.m. to midnight, and lifeguards must be hired by the renter through the community’s contracted pool management company. Lifeguards must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance, and their unavailability will not qualify for a refund.
