Spring and good weather mean it's time to start checking off those Honey-Do's and making improvements to your home. Just a reminder that anything you do to the outside of your home must be approved ahead of time by the board. Each homeowner must submit an ACC form and submit it to the management company prior to any work being started. You can find the ACC Guidelines in this newsletter or through the ACMP website. Please take some time and look at them. They apply to all improvements or updating in the front of your home and whatever can be seen from the street.
