HOA Issues Reminder: Vandalism Will Not Be Tolerated in Ella Crossing
Respect for shared spaces is a cornerstone of life in Ella Crossing. The HOA Board is reminding all residents that vandalism of any kind will not be tolerated and that those found damaging HOA property will face legal consequences.
Community amenities, park structures, signage, and other common areas are maintained for the enjoyment and safety of all residents. When property is destroyed or defaced, it not only affects aesthetics but also results in repair costs that impact the entire neighborhood.
The Board has made it clear: Any individual(s) found vandalizing HOA property will be subject to criminal charges.
