January 15 2026
Editor's Note: This content (Notice #206.2) was submitted to My Neighborhood News by the Nottingham Country Community Improvement Association (CIA).
Change in Management Company
Effective March 1, 2026, our new Management Company will be Inframark.
Background
- We have been with SBB (and companies later acquired by SBB) for approximately 20 years.
- Our current contract expires February 28, 2026.
- The Board felt it was prudent to bid the business in the marketplace.
- SBB and three additional companies were invited to submit proposals.
- Three bids were received and carefully reviewed.
- Inframark was selected as a competitive bidder while meeting all service requirements.
What This Means for Homeowners
- All homeowners will need to set up a new online portal with Inframark.
- For those who prefer in-person help, assistance sessions will be offered at the Community Center.
- A new management representative will attend monthly HOA meetings.
- A mobile app will be available to:
- Check account status
- Make payments
- Submit ARC documents
- Access additional HOA information
- Some processes and forms may change; details will be communicated as they are finalized.
- During March, there may be a brief period where account information is unavailable while data is transferred. We will work to keep this disruption as short as possible.
- Do not send payments to Inframark before March 1, 2026.

SBB Wrap-Up
- Homeowners are encouraged to complete all outstanding account payments by February 28, 2026.
- Please remember:
- Annual assessments were due January 1, 2026
- Late fees apply after January 31, 2026
- SBB will transfer all homeowners and HOA financial data to Inframark.
- The Board is working closely with both companies to ensure accurate and complete data transfer.
- We thank SBB for their service over the past 20 years and wish them continued success.
Working together to keep Nottingham Country a community we’re proud to call home.
