The event is free and open to the public, offering Katy residents a chance to connect with local firefighters, explore emergency vehicles, and learn important safety skills in a welcoming environment.
By adding a Halloween twist, the department hopes to create memories for local children while reinforcing safety lessons that can last a lifetime. It’s a day where fun meets preparedness, and where families can build trust with the first responders who protect their community.
Highland Trails residents are encouraged to bring their little ghosts, superheroes, and princesses for a day filled with fun, costumes, and community connection.
