Francisco and Eusevia Martinez-Sampayohe, residents of 10118 Golden Sunshine, have been named the July 2025 Yard of the Month winner, an honor that recognizes both their dedication to maintaining a beautiful property and their positive contribution to neighborhood curb appeal.

Their yard features neatly trimmed green grass, colorful flowerbeds, and decorative elements, creating a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere. The porch’s warm charm and carefully placed garden accents add to the home’s appeal, making it a standout in the community.
