Fort Bend Hope's Annual Gala to Celebrate Lives Transformed Through Education Across Fort Bend County
For hundreds of children and adults across Fort Bend County, education represents more than a classroom—it can be the first step toward new opportunities, stronger families, and a brighter future. That mission will be celebrated this fall as Fort Bend Hope hosts its annual Heroes of Fort Bend Hope Gala, bringing together community members who share a commitment to expanding educational opportunities throughout the county.
The 2026 Heroes of Fort Bend Hope Gala will take place Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Safari Texas Ranch in Richmond. The annual event serves as the nonprofit's premier fundraiser, supporting programs that help adults and children gain the skills and resources needed to succeed while working to break the cycle of generational poverty in Fort Bend County.
Momentum BMW has been announced as the gala's presenting sponsor, providing support that will help Fort Bend Hope continue expanding its educational programs throughout the community. While sponsorships help make the event possible, the evening's primary focus remains on the individuals and families whose lives have been impacted through education.

An Evening Focused on Hope and Community Impact
The Heroes of Fort Bend Hope Gala is expected to bring together community leaders, educators, advocates, volunteers, and supporters for an evening highlighting the transformative power of education.
Former Major League Baseball player, World Series Champion, and Houston Astros broadcaster Geoff Blum will serve as the keynote speaker. Award-winning investigative journalist Mario Diaz will emcee the evening.
Guests can also expect dinner, a whiskey and wine pull, a silent auction, and stories from individuals whose lives have been changed through Fort Bend Hope's educational programs and the support of the community.
Rather than simply raising funds, the gala offers an opportunity to see firsthand how education continues to create lasting change for families throughout Fort Bend County.
