Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office Extends Back to School Drive to Support Community Children
The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office has once again shown its commitment to the community by hosting its annual Back to School Drive. This year, the collection period has been extended through July 31st, ensuring that community children, including members of the Sheriff's Office families, are well-equipped for the upcoming school year.
The drive aims to collect essential school supplies such as glue, markers, construction paper, tissue boxes, #2 pencils, pens, highlighters, colored pencils, and loose leaf paper. Ensuring students have access to these basic learning tools helps create a productive, equitable environment for all learners, setting them up for a successful academic year.
Donations are welcome and can be made up to July 31st at the drop-off location positioned in the lobby of the FBCSO Admin Building. The building, located at 1840 Richmond Parkway, welcomes donators from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Through initiatives like these, the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office continues to demonstrate its dedication to not just upholding the law, but also uplifting its community.
