Falcon Ranch Seeking Board Candidate for HOA Board of Directors
The following notice was recently issued by the Falcon Ranch community manager, Jessica Brandyberg.
Dear Homeowners:
You will soon receive notice of a meeting for The Falcon Ranch Homeowners' Association, Inc.
During the upcoming meeting, the Board of Directors will elect 1 member(s) to the Board. In anticipation of this meeting, the current Board would like to extend to you the opportunity to nominate yourself for election to the Board. Nominations are open to any owner.
The Board is also looking for a volunteer for the ACC committee.
We encourage your participation in the Association. As you know, the Association has many important functions, including maintenance of common areas and landscaping, budgeting for current and future expenses, communicating with owners, and managing and collecting assessments.
The qualifications for serving on the Board are:
- An interest in serving the community where you live.
- A commitment to uphold the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) of the Association.
- The ability to listen and make informed decisions, as well as being able to communicate with other homeowners.
- A commitment to attend regularly scheduled Board meetings, as well as the additional time that may be required in order to participate at committee level.
- All candidates must be confirmed owners of a unit in the Association, or must otherwise qualify as a candidate based on the Association's governing documents, which may allow someone who is a representative of an owner to be elected to a Board.

The deadline for receipt of nomination is 5 p.m. on June 11, 2024.
