The Community Volunteer Fire Department has been serving Southwestern Harris County and Northeastern Fort Bend County for over 50 years. Covering areas such as Alief, Mission Bend, and Cinco Ranch, CVFD provides essential fire protection, emergency medical services (EMS), and rescue operations to a growing population of over 150,000 residents.
Starting as a volunteer-driven organization in 1971, CVFD has expanded into a highly trained emergency response team with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. Today, the department continues to honor its history while advancing its commitment to public safety and community outreach.
