Experience the Magic of Nature: Harris County Precinct 4 to Host Annual Hummingbird Festival at Kleb Woods Nature Preserve

August 14 2024

Harris County Precinct 4 is gearing up to host the annual Hummingbird Festival, set to take place at Kleb Woods Nature Preserve in Tomball on Saturday, September 14 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Lovers of nature and wildlife have much to look forward to as the festival coincides with the peak migration season of hummingbirds. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to see these remarkable birds up close and learn about their peculiar structure and fascinating biology.

A host of activities are planned for the day, suitable for all ages, including games and educational programs. Visitors can immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings with a guided nature walk or take a journey through history with a tour of the 1896 Kleb House. Blacksmith demonstrations will also be a unique highlight of the day's events.
