A local fitness group is unleashing the power of sisterhood through a unique blend of fitness and community, empowering women on a whole new level.
Females in Action, or FiA, is a dynamic community of women in Katy committed to fostering strength in all aspects of life—body, mind, and heart. Established in 2022, FiA Katy-West was founded by four women inspired to bring the transformative experiences of faith, fitness, and fellowship to their community, akin to what F3 men were enjoying.
Currently boasting four locations, FiA Katy-West is poised for further expansion in 2024. Setting FiA apart from other fitness centers, FiA provides free, outdoor, and all-inclusive workouts, culminating in a meaningful circle of trust. Rain or shine, in hot or cold weather, women of all backgrounds come together for these peer-led sessions.
Beyond the physical aspect, FiA extends its impact into the community by organizing book clubs, career and family discussion groups, and workshops. The collective spirit goes beyond workouts, as members invest in each other through coffee meet-ups, weekday lunches, and various social events. Embracing the ethos of strength through unity, FiA Katy exemplifies a supportive network that empowers women to thrive.
