Ella Crossing Honors September’s Yard of the Month: A Shining Example of Pride and Curb Appeal

September 25 2025

In Ella Crossing, where neighbors take pride in their homes and streets stay lined with leafy green trees, one front yard stood out this month for its pristine design and outstanding care.

Congratulations to Mr. Roderick, whose residence has been named September’s Yard of the Month!

Framed by sculpted greenery, polished mulch beds, and vibrant ornamental shrubs, Mr. Roderick’s yard reflects the thoughtful attention and effort that keeps Ella Crossing looking its best. The symmetry and cleanliness of the design, paired with eye-catching topiaries and a healthy, trimmed lawn, caught the attention of many—and earned top marks from the HOA’s community beautification committee.

This monthly recognition isn’t just about landscaping. It’s about pride of place, and how individual efforts add up to a more welcoming, unified community.

“We’re proud to recognize homeowners like Mr. Roderick,” said Roberta Guidry, Ella Crossing HOA Board president. “His yard is a beautiful example of what happens when care meets creativity. It truly brightens the block.”

The Yard of the Month program is just one way Ella Crossing encourages residents to keep the neighborhood thriving and clean. Recognizing those who go above and beyond in maintaining their properties not only rewards hard work—it also inspires others to follow suit.
