Easton Commons Pool Season 2026: What Residents Need to Know About Access, Rules, and Safety

Easton Commons Pool Season 2026: What Residents Need to Know About Access, Rules, and Safety

April 23 2026

As temperatures begin to rise across the Copperfield community, the return of pool season in Easton Commons signals more than just warmer weather—it marks the start of neighborhood gatherings, family time, and a shared space that brings residents together.

Beginning May 1 through October 31, 2026, the Easton Commons community pool at 14830 Forest Trails Drive will officially reopen, offering a daily place for relaxation, recreation, and connection. For many homeowners and families, the pool is one of the most valued amenities in the neighborhood—making it important to understand how to access it and help keep it safe for everyone.

How to Get Your Easton Commons Pool Access Card

Access to the Easton Commons pool is managed through an electronic key card system, ensuring that the amenity remains exclusive to residents and their guests.

Residents who need a new or replacement card can request access online through Crest Management HERE.

New or replacement pool cards are available for a $35 fee, and homeowners must have their HOA account at a zero balance before access is granted.

For questions or assistance, residents can contact:

Pool Hours and Weekly Schedule

The Easton Commons pool will operate on a consistent schedule throughout the season:

  • Hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily
  • Closed: Every Tuesday for maintenance

This regular closure helps ensure the pool remains clean, functional, and ready for residents throughout the week.

A Shared Space With Shared Responsibility

One of the most important reminders for residents this season is that there is no lifeguard on duty. That means every visit to the pool comes with an added level of personal responsibility.

Residents are encouraged to plan accordingly and supervise children closely, as safety depends on awareness and cooperation from everyone using the facility.

Key Pool Rules Every Resident Should Know

To protect both the facility and the community experience, Easton Commons has established clear pool rules. These guidelines are designed to ensure safety, cleanliness, and respect for neighbors.

Some of the most important rules include:

  • No tobacco products or glass containers inside the pool area
  • No pets allowed within the pool enclosure
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Guests are limited to four per household, unless otherwise approved by the HOA
  • Proper swim attire is required
  • No running, diving from chairs, or placing chairs in the pool
  • No bicycles, roller skates, or rollerblades in the pool area
  • Food must be kept at least four feet away from the pool
  • Music is allowed at a respectful volume

Disorderly behavior, unsafe activity, or actions that could harm others will not be tolerated. Residents are responsible for their children and guests at all times.

Failure to follow the rules may result in suspension of pool privileges, reinforcing the community’s commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Protecting the Pool: Security and Enforcement

To safeguard this shared amenity, Easton Commons has implemented strict enforcement measures. Unauthorized access or vandalism is taken seriously, with fines of up to $5,000 for individuals caught entering after hours or damaging property.

These policies are not just about enforcement—they reflect the investment residents have made in their community and the importance of protecting it for everyone.

What This Means for Easton Commons Residents

For homeowners in Easton Commons, the pool is more than a recreational feature—it’s part of the neighborhood’s identity. It’s where kids learn to swim, neighbors catch up, and families create lasting summer memories.

By understanding the rules, securing access early, and using the facility responsibly, residents help ensure that the 2026 pool season is safe, enjoyable, and accessible for all.

What Happens Next

With opening day approaching on May 1, residents are encouraged to:

  • Request or update their pool access cards now
  • Review pool rules with family members
  • Plan ahead for guest visits within HOA guidelines

Taking these simple steps can help avoid delays and ensure a smooth start to the season.

As Easton Commons moves into another summer, the community pool stands ready to serve as a central gathering place once again—bringing neighbors together, one swim at a time.
